1. Design changes from the co-design session

    We ran a co-design session workshop with 3 operational delivery team delivery officers. This was the first time we had put our ideas in front of users.

  2. Design changes from KIM research

    We did some research on KIM, part of the existing system that delivery officers use to complete conversion and transfers projects.

  3. Getting to our minimal viable product (MVP)

    We’ve run co-design workshops with our users, carried out user research and taken part in collaborative team workshops to understand and define our MVP.

  4. Post AB swarm work

    The swarm was created to start a small discovery on what we knew in the post-AB space whilst the rest of the team continued in the pre-AB space.
